  • Workaround: If a chat response takes more than one minute, please wait for another minute before refreshing the page. Typically, the response will appear after this time. Immediate page refresh can lead to response loss as it gets aborted.

Mobile and Tablet Viewport Issues:

  • On mobile and tablet devices, some users may encounter visibility issues with the chat input field.
  • Status: We are aware of this inconvenience and aim to rectify it in the next update.
